Here are some photos from last weekend. It was a nice game but the weather was extremely hot, thank god WW2 USMC gear is kind of light weight. Went for “style over substance” and gave the Marushin Garand another try. Well, I ended up using my backup pistol more then the Garand… 👿

Actually the Garand stock is a well used original, it just looks a bit clean/shiny on one of the pics 😉

I haven’t heard any news about the ICS Garand, but haven’t followed it closely lately. On their site it is still listed as “coming soon”
I enjoy your blog very much, keep that attention to detail. A lot of reenactors and collectors do not discern as much as they could, lead the way!
